ENGLISH OVERVIEW

Server rack system integration

Components, modules, racks and deployment

Mechanics, power, cooling, compute and interconnects converge in rack integration, followed by factory testing, delivery and site acceptance.

Five branches of rack integration

Mechanics and mounting

Frames support equipment, trays locate boards, and rails enable installation and service.

Power and backup

Shelves convert power, busbars distribute it, and backup or storage addresses different time scales.

Cooling

Cold plates, quick disconnects, manifolds and CDUs form a serviceable cooling system.

Compute, interconnects and management

Distinguish compute, in-rack accelerator switching, external networks and remote management.

Integration, testing and delivery

System builders combine the branches; factory-tested racks are delivered for site deployment and acceptance.

Role and technical challenges

The focus is liquid-cooled AI racks, linked to the existing cooling, memory and logistics maps. Platform designers define interfaces, component vendors provide products and system builders coordinate integration. A company may fill several roles.

What rapid deployment measures

A July 2026 NVIDIA lab report relays the company’s claim of 47 minutes from truck arrival to Vera Rubin NVL72 rack power-on. This does not measure the entire facility build or production acceptance.

  • Design, factory assembly and validation move work earlier.
  • Site power, cooling and handling readiness remain prerequisites.
